My app is designed to be a local-first EPUB reader. This means:

• All the books you import are stored locally on your device.
• Your reading progress, highlights, notes, and collections are saved locally on your device.
• I do not require you to create an account or log in to use the app.

2. Permissions

To provide core functionality, BookNest may request the following permissions on your device:

• Storage Access: Required to scan for and import EPUB files from your device, and to save your reading data and library configurations.

3. Third-Party Services

I do not integrate third-party trackers, analytics, or advertising SDKs in the core reading experience. Your reading habits are your own business.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. Since I do not collect your contact information, I recommend checking this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
